Provides supervision to assigned sections and monitors performance of production processes. Collaborates with design engineering and supply base to resolve production issues. Reviews and approves engineering change notices. Generates performance metrics.
Development of Production process definition and implementation. Interacts with or fills the role of OPL relative to Eng/MFG interface. Responsible for introduction and startup of new production and products. Develops capacity analysis as needed.
Ensures assigned factory production schedules and attainment against MRP build and ship commitments. Works with other functional. Develops and manages the budget for assigned area. Collaborates with all affected functional groups on policy and contract compliancy.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or a related field and 5+ years of diverse professional experience in all areas of Finance which may include 1+ years of previous lead or supervisory responsibilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or a related field and 7+ years of diverse professional experience in all areas of Finance which may include 3+ years of supervisory responsibilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or a related field and 10+ years of diverse professional experience in all areas of Finance which may include 5+ years of managing respective area.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or a related field and 12+ years of diverse professional experience in all areas of Finance to include 5-7+ years of managing respective areas.
